A global expert in digital identity and privacy, with 23 years experience in identity (over 30 years total in technology and R&D). He held leadership positions with PKI pioneers Security Domain (later Baltimore Technologies), PwC beTRUSTed, managed security services provider SecureNet Limited, the Certification Forum of Australasia, and the National Electronic Authentication Council. Steve is currently undertaking a PhD at the Australian Defense Force Academy on the evolution of digital identity.

A start-up business leader with 25 years’ experience in the homeland security, geospatial and telecommunications sectors in Australia, the UK and the US. Bruce founded and led a startup location-based services company which partnered Oracle to transform data management and emergency preparedness throughout the US public sector post 9-11. Bruce’s broad engineering foundation and more recent M&A and business experience has been central to the establishment and commercialization of many international initiatives with a range of large private and public-sector organizations.

A highly innovative and analytical software engineering executive with 20+ years of progressive leadership experience specializing in mission critical, high volume, high availability, security-critical decentralized and distributed systems. His experience spans developing and supporting 7x24x365 large scale enterprise systems. During the last 10 years he has focused on Identity, Security and Privacy Systems starting at Neustar as the key architect of DNS registry systems and then moving to developing Personal Cloud and Blockchain based Decentralized Identity at Respect Network. He is currenty the lead architect for Mobile Device and Attribute Validation at Valididy.
